How about a punch in the face?

This is the routine that I am sure some of you can understand. There are a variety of news sources out there. You have to trim the total or you may just go crazy but still you do check that select few.

Each time I open my favorite, I get what I affectionately call ‘My daily punch in the face’. It only gets crazier everyday and so each day brings a new level in the downward spiral. More on this after I figure out how substck works
